Hi, I'm Bradley! I'm a primary school teacher and have been for 3 years now, but I've been working in schools for double that - previously working as a 1:1 for SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities) children and a class teaching assistant.

Regardless of my experience, my greatest attribute is my passion for learning. I find excitement in the journey for knowledge and the sharing of it. There are endless discussions around the best teaching techniques; cognitive load, working and long term memory, chunking, scaffolding, adaptive teaching etc. All invaluable pieces of the puzzle, but without a sense of awe and wonder, it's all useless. 

If the teacher isn't interested, why should the pupil be?
